The Surf located at 275 Ocean Blvd is near the top of the Hampton Beach Boardwalk. The Surf building has expansive ocean views; built in 2015 it is appointed with modern amenities. This Surf unit is located on the 4^th floor and is called Surf View.

Surf View:  Sleeps 4, 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit with a queen sized sleeper in living room. Open concept living area, full kitchen, and a private deck overlooking the ocean. Washer and dryer in unit. Granite countertops and hardwood floors throughout. Two cable TVs and Internet Wifi in the unit.  Elevator Access.  One dedicated parking spot. Additional paid parking is available in the adjacent lot.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Damage protection can be waived in lieu of a refundable security deposit. Refundable security deposit ranges between $300-$500 depending on length of stay. Damage protection is $99 and is non-refundable.
